To implement various construction projects, emphasis will be on outsourcing under which for construction work and controlled execution, the departmental mechanism will be enhanced and for other services as given below, outsourcing as far as possible, will also be resorted to:

Model concession agreement.
Preparation of DPR. Preparation of Architectural and Structural design and drawing. Quality control.
